For over 15 years, Rachel McCarthy has served in roles designed to help others – and 10 of those years have been in the legal industry. Currently a Chief Marketing Officer for a financial company that serves the legal community, Rachel is motivated by making connections, forming strategic partnerships, building meaningful relationships, and identifying alliances that lift up all parties. In addition to civil justice, Rachel has a long history of involvement with social justice initiatives and participating in her community, and is proud to have been asked to contribute her skills, time, and passion to The League. She looks forward to bringing new opportunities to women across the legal sector.
Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys traveling and exploring, being outdoors, staying active, and spending time with her husband Tucker and their daughter Hazel.
