I wanted to facilitate more national relationships among strong, determined, influential women who actually get shit done. I'd like to see relationships go beyond the one local chapter of an organization or your state bar association or even your regional lawyer group. Men often create powerful and beneficial relationships nationally and women should be able to do the same. The pool of knowledge that can be shared, experiences to learn from, and reach is exponential when the playing field becomes national.
